How to complete a reservation
– confirmation by phone or by e-mail
– payment of a 30% deposit within 7 days, not less than 200€
– for amounts less than € 200 the balance is required
– sending documents for express check-in
Payment can be finalized by bank transfer, postal order or credit card charge filling out the format that you find below
FORMAT FOR BANK TRANSFER
Insert please in the space for communications your surname (of person who made the reservation), the arrival date and the name of the mobile home reserved.
TO AVOID LONG LINE UP AT THE ACCEPTANCE, PLEASE DO THE EXPRESS CHECK-IN!
When booking, we invite you to send by mail or fax:
– copy of the document (front / back) of the person who made the booking
– name – surname – place and date of birth of the other members
With the check in done you’ll save a lot of time.
CANCELLATION POLICY: for cancellations received within 15 days of arrival will be deducted € 25 for administrative costs. From 14 days before arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. For no show or cancellations a few hours before arrival we apply a penalty of 100%.
At the arrival we ask you € 50 deposit that will be returned upon departure, if no damage si done.
